Scan Fingerprint

Capture the patient's fingerprint using the ZKTeco ZK9500 (or a compatible USB reader). This is stored in the database and works at any hospital.

Uses the ZKTeco ZK9500 (or a compatible USB reader) to search the database across all hospitals

Clinical Review A doctor's snapshot of everything clinically relevant: history, medications, allergies, vitals, examinations, results and imaging. Excludes consent and admin forms.
Patient self-fill Send a one-time link to the patient's phone so they can complete admin forms while waiting. Staff retain full edit access.

Medical Aid

Medical-aid claim Assemble this visit's claim (scheme, ICD-10, procedure codes) and submit it to your practice's claims switch.

Organised by department. Complete the required forms for each area.

Files & Imaging

X-rays, CT scans, blood results, and other documents

Practice results & findings

Imaging, lab and pharmacy results plus clinician findings recorded by outside practices and departments. Read-only here.

Delete patient

Removes the patient from active lists and queues the record for permanent deletion by a super admin. All data is retained for analysis until then.

Duplicate Patients

Records sharing an ID number. Keep the oldest; removing an extra permanently deletes it and its data.

Deleted Patients

Records an admin deleted. Data is retained for analysis: restore, or permanently delete (cannot be undone).

Annual Patient Review

Once a year, email every active patient a secure link to check and update their medical information. They unlock it with their ID number.

Audit Log

Who did what, and when. Admins see their own hospital; super admins see every hospital.

Doctors' Offices

Consulting rooms on the premises. Referrals can auto-fill a doctor's booking details, so verify every phone number.

HMS Integration

Per-facility webhook that pushes patient events to your HMS (Meditech, iEMR, Healthware…) in real time.

HL7 FHIR Webhook

Per-facility claims switch / PMS (MediSwitch, Healthbridge, GoodX…). Doctors hand off or submit claims here - one connection reaches every scheme.
